I’ve used Chase multiple times to service and maintain my Airbnb properties, and he’s become my first call anytime I have an HVAC issue. Most recently, I had an AC problem come up unexpectedly, and although I didn’t think he’d be able to make it out, he rearranged his schedule and showed up within the hour!
