I thought this looked like the perfect place to live.. Until I called the renters. I was answered with the most disgusting disrespect a person can imagine. I called during regular business hours, however Rich Sommer did not appear to care much about the reputation of his business. They may have nice properties to offer but I called once to get information about them and the guy who helped me was a huge douche! Im in customer service and this guy went above and beyond with how rude he was to me. I dont even know where to start its so bad! I would never ever ever rent from this man. I even gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking it was a misunderstanding or just a bad day and called back but he was an even bigger dick than before.
