I give this place a 4, Because they have smokers that live in the complex that are smoking in their apartments. Their is a no smoking policies in or on the promises. Don’t care what you smoke but not in the building. It comes through the vents and it’s always at night time when you’re trying to sleep. I like my little apartment it’s cozy it’s comfy it’s quiet, I feel safe. The management need to get a handle of the smoking in the apartments. Otherwise I’m content. My only issue is this is supposed to be a senior citizen apartment but there are non seniors living with seniors. They should not be here and it is bothering other seniors

Roach infested .Poor access to emergency maintenance care, No telephn # to call. And the roaches are totally over whelming. I spent a hundred dlrs in repellant n still cant get rid of them. A neighbor brought them here n the exterminater for Assett Living sucks. My worse nightmare living here with roaches. I have to call orkin an spend more of my income to get rid of these roaches,because Assett living isnt doing enough to extinguish the pest. What a bummer for me. I enjoy living at Wilshire the staff Ms Rekena and Ms Gwen make it so easy to live there as we go through our transition phase. on living in this great new 62* buildings we call home . Hoping these ladies the best Ms Rekena always helping out and Ms Gwen with her smile and popcorn everyday..
