It was a bad experience for me from the sales person to the builder in charge of my house, as a first time home buyer because my backyard doesn't drain and have been putting in a work order for a year and 7months but no response. I barely have a backyard but the little I have I can't even use it. But overall they are good especially the bank just watch the backyard and make sure it don't have standing water when it rains before moving in
They will do anything to sell a house even if it means screwing you with taxes in two years because they didn’t do business properly. save yourself the headache and buy from literally anywhere else.
