Beautiful ambiance,Great service ,courteous staff but most of all Kelly from sales is exceptional and displayed great professionalism.
Kelly Ray was wonderful getting everything rented and setup. Hannah and Noble were awesome helping my Mom getting settled in. And Wayne was very helpful and informative to get things setup in her apartment.
I was a former employee there residents was awesome retirement community the building is beautiful but part of the management team is prejudice filled a complaint would not recommended.
The manager Noble Frazier was very unprofessional and rude when I contacted his office for information. Mr. Frazier purposely sought to mislead me regarding payment procedures and even issued a threat for inquiring about payment for service.
Be leary. When selling the place they told me they had doctors and specialists that come regularly and 2 chefs that can accommodate vegetarian meals. That was not true. My mother was very ill in her room for 3 days and I had to send a closer family member to get her and take her to the hospital as she was unresponsive. After a hospital stay it was determined that this place was not a good fit and they still charged her the prorated amount for the following months rent.
