I have been living in this community for 1 year. The managers and staff are very kind and supportive. All of my maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The culinary team continues to provide balanced meals and will have a listening ear when there are concerns. My apartment is quite comfortable, my place for relaxation, restoration. Grateful to have made new friends!!!
I am so happy ,safe and comfortable at The Wilshire Gracious retirement home.Excellent service and respect from the owners, and the Managers( especially the singing Managers) ,the friendly,caring and hardworking Chef& staff who offers the sumptuous meals and extend themselves by going above and beyond the call of duty.The Maintenance attendant Wayne, he is Awesome.Eric the driver very courteous helpful and last but not least Duniia the entertainment Associate she kept the Bingo game going.I love it ! Beautiful , secure facility with caring staff. Family member resided here and appreciated the variety in meals, movie theater, ice cream machine, guest performances and field trips. Each room has a refrigerator and a common kitchen is available to prepare other meals.This facility is for truly independent residents without the need for assistance from any staff members.
Beautiful ambiance,Great service ,courteous staff but most of all Kelly from sales is exceptional and displayed great professionalism.
