Formal grievance filed due to the deceitful practices to surcharge every client who has their teeth cleaned via insurance. Five months after my child had there services today I recieved are charging us a additional $40. Having now looked at their Yelp reviews client beware; they have no valid reason except to surcharge each and every client. Please look at those reviews, save yourself from my experience. I will no longer be going to them. FYI, they billed Insurance $1,250 for the services that day.
