After 36 years you should have gone out of your way to communicate with them. I lived here 30 years ago. They were only about money. Wouldn't fix anything. Seems as though nothings changed.
36 years you had a couple reside with you. 36 years they paid on time 36 years. and you have no heart toward the people who reside here. to toss an elderly couple out because their children had to move back in during a global pandemic is immoral , unjust and outright horrible. shame on you.
