Bad Customer Service. I asked for an estimate and was told I would get one later that day but had to call to get it. I then signed the contract and it took about 2 weeks for them to come out. They just appeared one day without calling to set a date for the work. They did not take payment on the day they did the work so I had to wait for the invoice to then have to mail a check because they did not take credit cards. I must say that last review was not fair. There is only so much information that can be sent E-mail. Requesting an estimate by E-mail is definitely the wrong way to go. I think his company rates close to the top with mine.
gave a fair price, was prompt and seemed very honest. Did not like that he didn't sit down and talk to me. Just sent the proposal through email. For someone who doesn't understand a whole lot about roofing...the proposal was very hard to understand.
