Had a few jobs done on my last and current car (I’d bought from Wilsden Autos too). Always good work done. Mechanics Chris, Richard & Nathan are very helpful and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

Got a car less than a year ago, starting going faulty while under the warranty. Advised them of a door fault,they advised would fix. Car was not fixed, they advised me to go main dealers as needed a reset. This cost £120, that was not needed. They advised they fixed wrong door and I had to pay now as warranty had run out £495 it cost. Now service light has come on.i was advised had a full service before it was sold to me.would not trust this garage or recommend. I have reported them to trading standards. Will post updates

❌ Avoid Wilsden Autos – exaggerated advisories, inflated pricing, and zero transparency. I waited over 3 weeks to get booked in, then was charged £59.40 (£49.50 labour + VAT) for what they called a “vehicle inspection.” No service was done — just a vague list of advisories with no photos, no measurements, and no evidence of how long the car was even on the ramp. I have bought several cars from Wilsden Autos over the years! All have been fantastic cars, but my latest purchase of the Audi A6 Avant quattro is most definitely the creme de la creme! What a car, with a great price tag and even better PX deal with my old car, it had to be done! Top service as usual lads would I recommend these guys, Absolutely, will I be using your services again, yes!

I once bought a Audi A6 of them that unbeknown to me had been in a crash, this info wasn't disclosed to me. If you are reading this Wilsden Autos, remember FV57 UYD the grey A6? I only found out it had been in a crash and very poorly repaired after someone had rear ended me and the garage that were repairing it showed me the shoddy repair. The rear crash bar was missing, and holes were patched over with cardboard and filler. The rear plastic bumper cover was masking the damage.
