Excellence in all ways, great Dr, staff and immaculate! I am one pleased patient!
This might be the absolute best doctor’s office I have ever been to! They are always on time. The staff is very friendly. And although I only went a few times, after the first time, they all knew who I was, and greeted me upon arrival. In addition, Dr. Hutchins was very personable, and focused on my personal care- not just dollar signs. After my surgery he even called me after hours to check on me. Very concerned about the rest room at this establishment. The toilet seat mount is broken so falls off when moved. The staff stated they were waiting to have it fixed! Why wait, its a health hazard and they just need to buy a new seat. Furthermore there is no hot water available, this is extremely unhygenic!
State of the art dentist and staff.
After almost 3 years as a patient i would not recommend any other practice for oral care. The staff are exceptional and my doc, Dr Lance Hutchens, is beyond the best of the best. Only thing I wish is that he would moonlight as a general practitioner too! If you have any periodontal issues, Wilmington Periodontics is the best practice to help you.
