I give up on this place. Countless trips, 2 hours each time. I just don't understand why if they don't know how to make custom inserts I can't just have the ones the shoes come with. It shouldn't take 7 pairs and 3 additional right side insoles from a woman's size 6 1/2 to men's size 12 to "try" and get it right. This all started last Aug...ugh.
