I will never use this company ever again! December 2019 we paid over $400 for oil to be delivered only to find out it was NEVER delivered. we had an Hvac guy check the tank and he said there is no way they filled the tank because there wasnt a drop of oil in the lines. I got ZERO help from customer service! Basically (after trying to feed me many different excuses) the manager he will not do nything about it because gps on the work trucks show the worker was at my address... but Im welcome to buy more oil from them. what a j... read more

your kerosene destroyed my brand new heater and your company doesnt even bother to replace it or even give me my cash back just a pathetic gift car .so now thanks to this trash company I have find a way to buy a wick for a heater that's not even 1full month old .so as far as I'm concerned I'll never spend a dime on reeds again and I'll pass the word to everyone I know to go elsewhere as well .next time stand by your product instead of being shady garbage and screwing customers over .
Horrible company go elsewhere save yourself the headache!
