I'm not sure how to rate this clinic. Doctors and nurses are great, but every time I go in, I have to pick up medication from the pharmacy. And every single time, for years, I have to look at the same useless individual at window #3. You walk up and he just stares at you, like he doesn't know why you're there. I'm in pain, and I need my medication. You have to wait 2 minutes for him to put his phone down, then he just stares at you. First of all try calling the wilmington va clinic it rings forever and most likely wont answer. Next young doctors who talk down to the elderly veterans. Not to mention an elderly veteran having to navigate through the system is crazy. Need to check you chart pertain information most likely missing. Appointments take months. Veterans who were in wars have battle scars have to fight another battle to get pain relief. Literally the worst agency. Whenever I call to make an appointment when I’m not feeling well, they give me the run around and tell me to go to urgent care. Last time that happened I went and they never paid the bill like they said would happen. What is the point in offering medical services if you never accept any appointments. I have yet to meet my primary care doctor. What a joke of a medical facility and an embarrassment to claim that you serve veterans.
