Most Excellent! By far the best auto-work experience I have ever had. My car is getting up there in terms of miles and I have now had it serviced 3 times at Wilmington Motor Works, all for unrelated issues, and each time I have left with a positive experience! The office manager, Dan, is very helpful, and quite the little gentleman. Best BMW Service Experience anywhere... In my area, it is particularly difficult to find someone who offers quality service at a fair price, as well as a sense of confidence in the resulting work. GREAT SERVICE!! Great service! They (Tim and Dan) were both very pleasant.Tim determined the problem and explained it to me (so I could understand), sent for the part, and fixed it in about 1.5 hours and a very reasonable FEE! Mini I took my 03 Mini Cooper s to another bmw/mini shop in Wilmington for an oil change, and I left with a huge estimate for problems that "needed to be fixed immediately." Fortunately, I got a second opinion from Motor Works. Not only would I have been overcharged if I went back to the other shop, but I would have been paying over 1k for problems my Mini didn't even have! Tim, Dan, and team are honest and do a great job!!
If you own a BMW this is the best place to take it. They have the best prices. The most important they do amazing job and super friendly. I being taking my BMW there and I'm happy with everything.
They are truly amazing. I went on vacation a couple weeks ago to North Carolina and my car broke down on I-40. I told the tow truck operator that I wanted someone who is going to work on my BMW and not rip me off. He brought me to Wilmington Motor Works and they were nothing but nice and honest to me. Up in NY, we have mechanics that are rip offs, but not WMW. They gave me a great deal and I will definitely be recommending family, friends, and every one else there. Tim and Dan are awesome!
