John was very personable, responsive, and knowledgeable in all the loans that I was shopping for. I ended up going with a VA loan and I felt very comfortable with my choice because John explained all the pros and cons of all the different loans I qualified for.
Allen Wolfe promised us 6.1% interest rate Sunday evening. So we thought we're getting a better deal and gave him all our info. After getting all the info, he told us to wait till the morning 10.30. Doesn't get back and when I called him, he took a complete turn and sent us higher rate at 6.5% and when I said no, he started harassing me through text and email. I let it go, however this morning he charged us a fee of $180 for credit report that we never consented for. When I inquired he said by regulation he's permitted. Very... read more
