Allen Wolfe promised us 6.1% interest rate Sunday evening. So we thought we're getting a better deal and gave him all our info. After getting all the info, he told us to wait till the morning 10.30. Doesn't get back and when I called him, he took a complete turn and sent us higher rate at 6.5% and when I said no, he started harassing me through text and email.
