Run away! The owner is absolutely horrible. he is extremely rude and unprofessional. Provided not even half of services as discussed tried to have his billing department. Call me and say that I owe a ton of money. Although I have written proof evidence of his secretary, saying that we will not be charged he proceeded to harass me by having his billing department. WMH is a Godsend practice that accepts my insurance and cares about ALL of my mental and even physical needs! I love how welcoming and helpful everyone is :) At front desk, Miss Payton is always available to explain and support me as a patient to make sure every visit is successful and satisfactory and that I any of my concerns or thoughts are heard :))) Joseph and Havah are very amazing and caring providers that I am so grateful to have met! I can’t say enough good things about Wilmington Mental Health. The staff is kind, respectful, and truly committed to helping their clients. Since my very first appointment, I’ve felt nothing but heard and supported. I’ve worked with therapists in the past, but I never really clicked with any of them.
