This place is negligence to the needs of their clients. The employees loses your paperwork or they just don't reply to what the clients request. I submitted paperwork on 06 May 2025. Just to have them ask me to resubmit the same paperwork via email on 21 May 2025. Therefore, 06 May 2025, I believe they have misplaced the documents.
