As I sit here in the emergency room next to downtown Wilmington, I am writing about the emergency room service and staff. Presently , I have had ny sick mother here over 4 hours waiting to be seen as she suffers. The staff behind the glass registration window have been notified 3 times of the urgency. We have been told 4 people and then 2 people but are sitting at the door where I can keep a count of all movement in a out of the automatic doors into the treatment area.
