The MRI staff that I had for my MRI were angels. I had great concern about the imaging solution due to a distant family history of allergic reaction. I called Wilmington Health and the MRI tech called me back, personally, nicely, and plainly explained what they would be putting in my body. So I went in with confidence. I was very nervous about my MRI with contrast. I have had an uncomfortable experience in the past at a hospital in another city (unaffiliated to Wilmington Health). When reading this review, please keep in mind that I did not tell either of my Wilm Health service providers about my anxiety and poor MRI experience at another provider years ago. The staff at the Radiology department were consistently friendly and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. They were knowledgeable and thorough in their explanations and prompt in answering my questions. Despite being confined in a tube for most of my appointments, they made an effort to connect with me and treated me as more than just a patient.
