I did call but they hang up my call, they didn’t care about your life.
I actually had a pleasant surgical experience here. The nurses and anesthetists were friendly and competent and made me feel comfortable. The surgeon was great and everything went well. It actually looks a little rough (kinda dingy but not "unclean") but the people are nice. Long wait times but that's any medical center these days; the phone system is truly horrible though and it takes forever to speak to a human. All the Dr's. I've seen have been friendly and professional.
This review is relevant to the billing department of Wilmington Health not the doctor's office per se I have had the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced . With Karen,Tracy AND especially Christina. No one wants to do anything outside of their scope of duties. Pushes off with nothing I can do 30 days of no answers . This billing department needs better traing and resources and tools to actually be able to HELP
