I am very unhappy to hear that our family will no longer be able to get Pediatric care for our 3 children in our home community. We are unhappy about having to go to a different town for care. We will not remain with Wilmington Health long term if we can find care in our home community elsewhere.
Dr. Bean takes care to make us feel heard and that my daughters growth is being really reviewed and cared about.
Erin, our nurse and Dr Bean were wonderful. They took the time to listen to all my concerns that were going on with my children. They made sure to help to get to the root of the problem and created the right treatment plan to get them back to their healthy happy go lucky selves.
The staff and doctor was very patient with me because of the language barrier
Insane wait times. We have waited about an hour in the lobby for most appointments, sometimes more than an hour. Then you are shuffled to a room and wait another 20 minutes before the doctor sees you. All for maybe 15 minutes with the doctor. The doctors and staff are friendly but the waits will make us look elsewhere for pediatrics. I rescheduled work and then ended up being stuck waiting for much longer than anticipated or even reasonable on several occasions. They need to do better, or hire more doctors.
