Micheal Marte should be sued for negligence. My husband had been having issues for months, despite having abnormal labs and numerous symptoms, he said to my husband “there’s nothing wrong with you I don’t know why she keeps sending you here”. My husband showed him his very visibly swollen lymph nodes and insisted on further testing. With no urgency at all, he scheduled a CT scan that showed numerous masses, the largest being 10.3cm located on his spleen.
