The worst in town. I wouldn’t waste my time going here. Seek help else where. These people are the worst.
Have been a patient with Dr. Staubs for several years. I have had 3 back surgeries in the past, disc replacement, disc fusion, and have a cage around the lower part of my spine. He sent me for a CT scan to show cause to keep me on tramadol since I have ongoing pain. He was a great Dr. Since he retired now Carrie Emory said she will no longer refill my tramadol come on really it's tramadol. Horrible! Active duty military and it’s the worst experience ever! Even their patients that are here waiting as well all day the same thing...they make you wait for hrs for NOTHING! Just doesn’t make sense. My niece’s appt was at 9:30 we check in at 9:00 and it’s now 11:15
Worst doctors office in town. And I've spent a great deal of time at many offices around Wilmington. They don't call back, they cancel your appointments without telling you, then make it your problem. They are as rude and unprofessional as they come! Horrible. Just horrible. These people are awful. Today was my second experience not being able to get ahold of anyone after calling all day. Last time I had to wait THREE days to hear back from someone about my prescription I needed immediately. Today I called first thing this morning, no answer of course as usual, and never received a call back to schedule a much needed appointment after calling several more times throughout the day and not reaching anyone.
