Lab has 2 big signs to have a seat and that they’ll get to you as soon as possible - that’s funny. Clear glass view to see you in the waiting room but no acknowledgment that you’re waiting. No one else in waiting room or in back being helped. 2 staff talking so that I had to tap glass to ask for assistance. I received an irritated stare from one while the other shared that ‘they are having problems like everyone else’, I asked with the computers?
