Very nice grill! Well built and even flame. Designed in all the right ways. Very happy with the quality. Definitely an eye catcher during cook outs at the pad.
I have to admit I've been a die hard.. have many WG products..several grills, a fire pit, a shucker table.. probably helped many others in their decisions to buy one... BUT its not a lifetime burner mine is cracked, but i need to Buy another.. and customer service was not much help at all... WG wouldn't sell me a few simple parts, directed me to a retailer, the retailer was slow to reply.. the retailer doesn't stock the parts, they have WG drop ship and shipping is 50 bucks for a few small parts that cost 12 bucks to ship...... read more
We have had our WG for 24 years. Fantastic grill. Not a normal open/close ( to constantly check food) grill so those who expect that or cook that way, know this going in so you are not cranky and leave a bad review. You can go get a cheaper grill but it will rust and you ll have to replace. The WG ss has held up in the salt air just fine. Happy grilling !
