I have to admit I've been a die hard.. have many WG products..several grills, a fire pit, a shucker table.. probably helped many others in their decisions to buy one... BUT its not a lifetime burner mine is cracked, but i need to Buy another.. and customer service was not much help at all... WG wouldn't sell me a few simple parts, directed me to a retailer, the retailer was slow to reply.. the retailer doesn't stock the parts, they have WG drop ship and shipping is 50 bucks for a few small parts that cost 12 bucks to ship...... read more

We have had our WG for 24 years. Fantastic grill. Not a normal open/close ( to constantly check food) grill so those who expect that or cook that way, know this going in so you are not cranky and leave a bad review. You can go get a cheaper grill but it will rust and you ll have to replace. The WG ss has held up in the salt air just fine. Happy grilling !

I have been selling Wilmington Grills for many years…it is easy to do because I own one and absolutely love it. This one grill can do it all with its amazing attachments. We love the 1/2 Griddle but there are charcoal, smoker, full griddle, large and small steamer/boiler inserts too! One grill is all you need! American made! The entire team at Wilmington are helpful! Love chatting with any of the team but especially Bonnie, Shane or Jon!
