I stopped by their office needing a custom round accent table top. The glass needed to be inlaid into the piece. Nick took the time to go over several options with me. After deciding on type and thickness of the glass he informed me that it would be done by the end of the week (2 days later). About an hour later I received a call from Nick that the glass was ready to be picked up at my convenience. It was exactly what I wanted. Great customer service and I will definitely use them again for the next time.

Its a long story so I will keep my review short, but I pretty much ended up being ghosted by sales associate named Nick I tried reaching out through email to him and no response Then through the office number where I spoke to a very unpleasant lady name Nancy, just right away sounded annoyed that I am even calling them, I would not keep her as my employee ever! Just visited Wilmington Glass to see if we could have a piece of glass we've had for years cut to a custom size for shelving. No questions asked about where we bought it, etc. They couldn't have been more accommodating and did the work while we waited! Nice people and a fine business!
We used them for frameless glass shower install for our shower renovation. Our contractor has worked with Wilmington Glass a handful of times before. Quote process was fine. Ordering was easy, however I did have to follow up multiple times for timing of delivery. Install was where the issues had occurred. Luckily our contractor is fantastic and fixed all the problems, but the glass install leaked in three different spots.
