Duck FedEx. Two days in a row they came up to my porch, they wont even try to enter the apartment. They won't try delivery again today after filing a complaint today and yesterday and was given instructions to enter door-code and they won't take it to a pickup location. Have to wait till Monday for something I need when I should have had it yesterday but people apparently can't even knock on a damn door or ring a doorbell . Happened with all my friends from this apartments .. worst

The current store manager was very rude and dismissive, when I had to return an item that I purchased. He was very condescending and forced me to purchase a box I did not need nor was required to have for my return. He looked as if I was bothering him and already had a nasty attitude before I even said a word. He should be given a couching on customer service and leadership since he lacks the patience and due diligence to assist customers. Wish I could give this place 0 stars.
