I entered the store with a lot of stress and anxiety because a different service lost my package that was time-sensitive. Mr. Albert was very kind and full of empathy for my situation. He gave me my options and helped me with mailing a new package which reached the very next morning just like he said it would. Such a kind gentleman!

This place never fails to surprise me! The stuff here have been always rude & unreliable until they finally got the new self scanning machine to drop off packages which really helps with these cranky lazy workers! When you come to this location you feel that you owe them something or you are under their mercy! This time they could not give the Ground driver or let him know that there is packages to be picked up. The Ground truck just got there when I dropped the package off which means my package should have been on its way ... read more

Ordered a couple sets of blueprints and they did not come out correctly from the poster printer. Geoff the Manager was there when I picked them up and he took care of it right away. Can’t ask for much more than that.

I picked up a package today at the Concord Pike Wilmington DE location. The electronic signature pad would not write unless I tapped it firmly to sign my name. Geoff stated in a rude and condescending tone "You don't have to hit it. Ok?" I responded that it wouldn't sign. He then replied rudely again "You don't have to hit it". Geoff's communication was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I responded to his rudeness with the same energy he was giving me. His attitude is nasty.
