Referred by my eye doctor. Waited three months for first available appointment. They CANCELLED my appointment by text three hours before I was due to arrive in their office. Saw the text and called the office to confirm. The secretary told me my appointment had not been cancelled. When I arrived I was told that technically my appointment had not been cancelled, just rescheduled. Unacceptable . Very disappointed. Long drive from South Carolina for nothing.
