Evaluation. Medically the visit was perfect. Accessing the building and this office is horrible for a handicapped person. I don’t think anyone ever gave a thought or cared in the least about a handicapped person’s experience. There is not enough handicapped parking. After a miserable experience trying to get to the entrance, you go across the lobby to an out-of-order elevator. There was no way to request any assistance at this point. I left tearful and angry. The whole experience was insulting.
Excellent place to go
Was able to schedule appointment without the usual extended wait times for most specialists. Efficient and friendly staff. The provider listened and also answered questions well. Seen at scheduled time without wait, yet I did not feel as they were rushing patients through. Great experience! This visit was for a medical diagnosis and surgical consult.
