I was referred to Dr. Moore for a root canal, and with someone who suffers from anxiety, this can be extremely terrifying. I had to go to Wilmington Endodontics for a root canal. Dr. Moore and his team were very helpful with explaining the procedure and what to expect. Absolutely recommend!
I do not recommend this place. I visited in March and did not receive what I would consider good customer service. The front desk girl was not friendly. After my visit, I never received any follow up communication regarding my billing, or any outstanding balance. Then, yesterday, I received a text message stating that I had a past due invoice that was more than 90 days overdue and the account would be sent to collection company. Was referred here, and found Dr. Moore and his dental assistant/hygienist (in my case Olivia) to be fantastic. Dr. Moore has a great demeanor, is extremely professional, and technically savvy with endodontic equipment regular dental offices don't have. Felt extra reassured with his expertise. Kayla was very helpful and friendly as the receptionist, regarding insurance, payment, etc. Of my 32 at my age, I really wish that I'd learned not to love popcorn as a kid.
