I was referred to Dr. Moore for a root canal, and with someone who suffers from anxiety, this can be extremely terrifying. From the moment I walked in the office I felt very calm and greeted immediately. Everyone did an amazing job making you feel comfortable. I had to go to Wilmington Endodontics for a root canal. Dr. Moore and his team were very helpful with explaining the procedure and what to expect. Absolutely recommend!
I do not recommend this place. I visited in March and did not receive what I would consider good customer service. The front desk girl was not friendly. After my visit, I never received any follow up communication regarding my billing, or any outstanding balance. Then, yesterday, I received a text message stating that I had a past due invoice that was more than 90 days overdue and the account would be sent to collection company.
