Ivy, who performed my hearing test, was very friendly, gave clear directions, and made me feel comfortable. Dr Haywood’s assistant took down my information, as well as my recent medical history very carefully. Dr Haywood, examined me after reading my medical history and asking me pertinent questions. This practice is great. I was seen on time. I am also having testing done at several hospitals. He was familiar with the hospitals and their testing procedures which is comforting. Will definitely keep using practice.
A great experience throughout! Never having a previous hearing issue in 70 years, Dr. Roach listened to my concerns, eased my apprehensions, was direct, and reaffirmed my suspicions about my hearing issue. He then proceeded to take the best course of action to resolve it quickly and effectively. Since I completely rely on my hearing for my work, it was an incredible relief to get my ear unplugged!
