Our main issue with Bobby was the customer service. The cleaning was ok, he was supposed to come back for a 2nd time to "flush" out the carpet as the stain wasn't quite gone. This 2nd time never happened, due to lack of communication and following up with the customer. At the end of the day, the customer service is most important. Make sure to show up, everyday, especially being a business owner.
Wilmington Carpet cleaning is the absolute best! Bobby did a wonderful job getting my stained carpets so clean and fresh! I didn’t think it was possible for my carpets to look new again, but they do!! Bobby did an excellent job once again. I never want to use any other company. Thank you Wilmington Carpet Cleaning!!

Bobby showed up on time & cleaned my area rugs thoroughly. I was actually considering replacing them before I decided to try cleaning them. Now, I believe they will last for a very long time. Please give Bobby a call - he has very reasonable prices too!
