My son came into Wilmington Auto Plex, and they did some repairs that did not fix the issue. The motor ended up seizing up. I called and requested a partial refund for a repair that did not fix the issue and was denied with them saying they were not liable for any issues. I feel like a small refund would have been nice since I had to replace the motor. they are not good and did me wrong. do not go here.
Excellent Friendly Service : I have a 67 Caprice with a 396. I have Cragar Wheels and needed the Center Cap put on ( just take off the wheel, put on the Center Cap & put the tire on ). Just a 5 minute Job. I went to 2 other repair shops in Wilmington and both said they could not do it today. WILMINGTON AUTOPLEX did it for FREE. I did Tip them. The that's OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
This place is reasonable. The only place I have been going for my oil changes. I do recommend this place.
