Impressed with service Dr Ladman was awesome. I took my dog to her for a second opinion a few months ago. She reviewed my dog's entire history, discussed the dog's current ongoing health problem, and made recommendations that I felt very comfortable with. My dog has an unusual disease that is fairly rare. She didn't have all of the answers while I was there with my dog, but she later researched for me on her own time. She had more helpful information within the week. I was totally impressed with this doctor. My only regret i... read more

All About the $$$ They have No Ethics, it's all about the $$$. Bring in a cat and they hold you up, no attempt to care. We want $2500., now, and we're holding your cat until we get it. "It would be Un-Ethical to return her". After bargaining they get a reduced amount $$$ and go back to see the pet. Sorry, she's dead! This is a money mill and many suppressed reviewers agree.

A Place You Can Trust I brought my cat to Wilmington Hospital because my husband used to bring his dogs there. They are very nice and professional. They do not push unnecessary vaccines for indoor cats. They send helpful reminders for annual visits. My cat has gone there twice and they were very gentle with him and quick. The prices are reasonable as well.

As a local dog walker, I am frequently asked by clients who I would recommend to treat their pets & provide boarding services. -And my response each & every time is "The Wilmington Animal Hospital.". The doctors, technicians & staff are not only skilled, efficient & knowledgable. But they care for each animal as if they were their very own! Our three Labrador retrievers, have been patients for many years, and now consider the "Wilmington Animal Hospital" to be their home away from home. The minute we pull into the parking lo... read more

I have been bringing my pets to WAH for many years and have always felt that they were recceiving the very best veterinary care and their well being was the practices number one concern

WE (my many cats and 3 dogs) have been patients at WAH since 2008 and I wouldn't dream of ever changing vets! I am completely thrilled with the blend of traditional and homeopathic care. And I find all the staff there (including front desk) to be a delight. I adopted one of my cats in 2008 - he was seen by vets at two shelters AND at other practices and always given a clean bill of health. The first time Dr. E saw him, she diagnosed a congenital diaphragmatic hernia that had been missed by everyone else. Ozzy now leads a ful... read more

I have been taking my dogs to the Wilmington Animal Hospital for years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else even though I live 45 minutes away. It is definitely worth the trip. The staff is friendly and helpful. Several have been at WAH for many years. The veterinarians are so kind not only in how they treat the animal patients but also how they take into consideration the anxiety of the pets' caretakers. I raise my dogs holistically and Dr. Epstein is an EXCELLENT homeopath and supports me in my decision to feed my dog... read more
