The facility is so clean & the people who work there are very kind and upbeat. Definitely will be returning!
Made an appointment and still waited close to an hour. I felt like the provider ignored what I was saying and had guessed at a diagnosis based on 1 answer to her questions then walked out with a statement "I'll prescribe an antibiotic and a steroid and take mucinex". Never said what antibiotic or steroid prescribed. I decided I was not going to walk out uninformed and asked what the treatment plan was. I felt the staff could have been more forthcoming with information. I prefer to be informed.
This urgent care is clean, the staff is kind and professional. The staff takes care of your problem and gets you on your way.
