Super friendly staff that don't overwhelm you with "too much service". Just great people that will help you find what you need. They don't have the space or selection of the Big Box stores but that's fine. Less anxiety... And here's the odd and great thing for a hardware store. They have a very limited but hand picked variety of a few food items. They have good meat/barbeque spices and rubs and the pickles at the checkout... Don't pass them up.
