We absolutely love shopping at Wilmes in South Sioux City! The staff is always amazing, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Every time we stop in, there’s something new to discover, and they always seem to have exactly what we need. Their website is super convenient for checking inventory, and we especially love their unique trinkets, they make the perfect gifts and are a hit every time. Wilmes is truly a gem in our community, and we’re so grateful to have them nearby!

Super friendly staff that don't overwhelm you with "too much service". Just great people that will help you find what you need. They don't have the space or selection of the Big Box stores but that's fine. Less anxiety... And here's the odd and great thing for a hardware store. They have a very limited but hand picked variety of a few food items. They have good meat/barbeque spices and rubs and the pickles at the checkout... Don't pass them up. I'll go from the grocery store to the hardware store just to buy the pickles ther... read more
