Many years ago I would have recommended Wilmer Eye Institute but I would definitely recommend against going to this ‘factory’ now. Everyone other than the receptionists who were very kind and helpful seem to be in a foul mood and rush patients in and out. After seeing an ophthalmologist a week ago to rule out a common eye problem, I requested a call back every day for five to make sure she had done the appropriate test to rule out a common eye problem. I tried to request an appointment with Dr. Sikder for my sister, Carmen Saghy, who had an accident on June 21, 2022, while walking her dog, resulting in facial trauma to the head and blow to the right-side peri orbital swelling, hematoma, edema of eyelids, laceration, and bleeding from the skin.
