I have been coming here for years to get glaucoma checks. I currently have no complaints. The staff and the doctors have been very nice. I used to see Dr McGlumphy who left the practice and now see Dr Jampel. They have both been attentive, respectful and informative. Usually the wait is not long at all. I am very happy with the professionalism at this location.
I have never been so ignored and disappointed in any of the doctors that I have seen at Hopkins until now. I was 20 mins late arriving to my urgent care appt due to a car accident and Dr. John Baur definitely punished me for it. Mind you, I called to report the situation and was told to still come in, he will see me. I arrived at 9a and still was not seen by him as of 12pm. He never even acknowledged me. They scheduled me for an appointment on 12/26/24, I show up and their closed for the holiday. They didn't call to cancel this appointment and I traveled from PA, this is beyond rude.
Had an appointment with Dr Soiberman yesterday, and I've never felt so ignored by a doctor. I've always been that person who asks the Dr questions if I don't understand what he or she is telling me. Dr Soiberman talked over me, asked me questions and didn't wait long enough to hear my answer. I have MAJOR respect for all doctors, but this is the first time in my 66 years that I've been moved to write a review like this.
Tried to scheduled an appointment with joy…. She’s HORRIBLE. never going to this place or for any referral. JOY WAS HORRIBLE ON THE PHONE. NOBODY TOLD YOU BE IN YHE SCHEDULE.
