The negative reviews are from years ago and are not indicative of their current level of service. Brian installed our fence a year ago and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Excellent service, attention to detail, and install!
Brian worked with me to recommend the right components to retrofit my Porta Dock pontoon lift to fit a new Sea Doo Switch tritoon. The new bunks matched Sea Doo's recommended measurements and he offered excellent ideas to further enhance my existing lift and pier. Very knowledgeable and efficient. 100% satisfied with the job.
Same as other poor reviews. Excuse after excuse why they can not come out and stand by their warranty for a fence installed around a pool (they are too busy and it was a 30 min. fix). They were however, initially free enough to meet and collect the money.
Brian worked with us to design a pier system that will function well and serve our family for the future. I was impressed with the system and the quality of the product. Very sturdy structurally. The setup was explained thoroughly and the install process was well demonstrated. Looking forward to summer.
