On vacation and panicked seeing a very low tire pressure! Willy’s was nearby and was able to get us in and out within 30 mins! They were very professional and kind! Also didn’t break the bank! Very pleased with our experience!
While driving to Montauk from Westchester, I started hearing a scraping noise coming from underneath my car. It turned out that the splash shield had come loose. I searched for a nearby mechanic and found Willys. I honestly didn't expect them to fit me in without an appointment, but they welcomed me right away. My family and I drove to Montauk from Upstate and on our way back our breaks stopped working well and began making a weird noise. We came here and were helped immediately and although the repairs took a couple hours we were able to leave later in the day with a working vehicle. Kind & fast service!!
What a Terrific experience!!! Woke up to a undriveable vehicle thanks to a nail in tire. Called Willys, spoke to Gabby and she was kind and very helpful! She Helped me figure out how to get my car to their shop where they patched my tire and had it ready in less than an hour! Love supporting locally owned businesses because this is the kind of 5 star service one can find. THANK YOU for EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!
Been going to Willy for years, his mechanics are great. I work on my stuff mainly myself but if something is over my head or if it's bad weather I just bring it to him, his guys are great and the shop is very fair and honest! It's by far the best shop around..
