I recently had work done on my Mercedes at Willy Collision. However, I had not so good experience with Simone at the front desk. And I met few customers at the shop who said same thing. She pretends she knows her job but she dosen’t at all. It made process frustrating and a bit unprofessional at times. Willy definitely needs to work on her or she gonna damage your image. Simone used my Sierra Denali as her personal vehicle for over 200km when it was in her shop , I even found her personal Costco Mastercard in my center console . She had replaced the gas right to the half tank mark I dropped it off at ,but forgot about the odometer thing. I’ve come to willys for four major claims in the last six years and there is no reason to recommend this shop. Willys took in my car after I had a collision in January. They were friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and did an amazing job at restoring my car to its original condition pre-accident. Simone kept me informed throughout the entire process with updates on the work progress and was very helpful and friendly answering any and all questions I had.
