Scheduled an appointment with them for between 10am and 12pm and were told they'd give an hours notice. Day of appointment comes and no call, at around 1pm, I called the office for an update / to see if I was still going to receive my appointment. Immediately was placed on hold, only to be told they scheduled the appointment for the wrong day but, they would reach out to the supervisor and get back to me within 10 to 15 minutes to see if they could still make the appointment today. I was having some leakage and water spots on a bedroom ceiling. Others could not correctly identify the cause. Dan quickly diagnosed the issue and installed a new stainless-steel chase cover, as well as new Azek trim. Dan is very personable and easy to work with. We are pleased with their work, and their reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

What a pleasure! We just moved into our first home with a fireplace and Dan was recommended to us to clean our fireplace. He was very professional and very informative. Neither of us has experience with fireplaces and he explained how to safely use it. We got a lesson and a cleaning!! We’ll be calling again in January!
