I think they have the best Bagels in cali. I love going to the one in Balfour road by Heritage high school. 😍
Everything I have tried so far at this place/location is delicious.
First and last time coming here. The restaurant wasn't even that busy, yet somehow our order took forever. We watched people walk in, order at the register, eat, and leave before we even got ours. It honestly felt like they forgot about us until we asked. Customer service could use a lot of work. If your business can't keep track of orders, don't offer online ordering.
This place is incredibly disorganized. We mobile ordered to save time, but somehow everyone who ordered after we arrived got their food before us. They told us there was a mix-up and that they were remaking it, but then we stood there for another 20 minutes watching order after order go out. Not once did anyone apologize or offer an explanation unless we asked. Mobile ordering should make things faster, not double the wait. There are plenty of better bagel shops in Concord that actually respect your time.
One of the worst mobile ordering experiences I've had. We ordered ahead, arrived on time, and our order hadn't even been handled correctly. After being told they were fixing it, we continued waiting while multiple customers who arrived after us were served first. At that point, why even offer mobile ordering? If you're looking for a quick breakfast before work, I'd recommend going somewhere else. The food is okay, but it's nowhere near good enough to justify an hour-long experience.
