I had hoped for a better response from this shop. Caleb gave a quote and for two months we tried to get our car in for the repair, but he quit making contact and the two times I went to the shop during the day nobody was there…. This shop is not trustworthy and does not return emails, texts or phone calls. If you call right now the mailbox will be full. I would not recommend this shop if you want a repair done. He may be an awesome body guy, but his lack of communication is very disappointing. And after two months of silence... read more
Caleb was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional but he was flexible with my schedule and needs. He made sure I was informed throughout the entire process and answered all my questions patiently. I highly recommend Willy's Auto Body.
