Been using Willi Pools for about 3 years for water testing and chemicals as well as great advice. Recently called Dean out to do a home visit for the first time as the pool was looking like a swamp. 2 visits, 5 days, surprisingly low cost. Look at the before and after! WOW.

We’ve been really happy with the service from Willy Pools both in-store and during home call-outs. Dean is great, nothing is too hard and he’s very quick with his communication. We recently had an issue that we couldn’t resolve ourselves, we reached out to Dean who got to work troubleshooting and was able to identify and resolve the problem really quickly. He’s a wealth of knowledge and takes the time to ensure you understand whats going on and are happy with the end result.

Performance of our 20 year old pool equipment was letting us down. Dean of Willy Pools assessed what was required and provided various options to rectify. Communication was excelent, all appointments kept and on time. The agreed new equipment was installed efficiently by Dean and his team so we're now back to crystal clear water and easy maintenance.
