Was driving on route 28 in Centreville and this snow truck from Willy construction LLC was speeding and try to get in to the middle lane from right turn only lane, he hit all the icy frozen snow and it splashed and hit our car on the right back door. The driver was very aggressive and rude, he was honking for no reason, maybe just be he is rush. He just speeding and honk randomly. And he is on the line, part of his car is on the other lane.
