After nearly 20 years of loyalty and thousands of dollars spent with Willunga Vet Clinic, I am deeply bitter and disappointed by the way we were recently treated. We booked a home visit to have our beloved 15-year-old dog, who is in palliative care and has been treated at this clinic for years—including undergoing bloat surgery—put to sleep peacefully at home. The appointment was booked and confirmed, only for the clinic to call days later and cancel, stating, "you are not in our radius." This is both baffling and unacceptab... read more
