Great Gym!!! I have been training at Willspower for a bit over a year now and have found it very beneficial to my health and fitness. Group PT classes cater for all abilities and the trainer adjusts exercises based on individual needs. I have done training one on one, in group PT, boxing sessions and have had my soccer team in for training, and recommend it to anyone looking at improving their health, fitness and lifestyle.
