Amazing team at Willship. I have to commend their quick-thinking and efforts when I had issues with importing goods from overseas. Extremely disappointed we chose to go with Willship. We are facing an extra $6500 cost on 1 vehicle because we haven’t owned it for 12 months, exorbitant cleaning expenses, another vehicle that now needs a valuation and storage fees at the port. As soon as we chose Willship I felt like they really couldn’t have cared less about us and now we are financially so much further in the hole. Absolutely fantastic company to deal with from providing logistic advice to caring for the goods they transport. Xander is an absolute star and one of the most helpful and professional people I have ever dealt with. I felt very supported in the whole process which was purely down to him.
