We called Fort Myers looking to rent a trailer for 3-5 years, to say that our salesman was disingenuous would be a understatement. Jacob Murphy, Digital Sales Specialist, was assisting us with a Mobile Mini rental but told us it would be "more cost effective" to purchase and he sold us the "best trailer on the lot." (To put oil on the fire they sait it was a few years old, we recieved the title and it was built in 1992. So payment was required upfront so we couldn't even refuse based on its look.
