These guys are such a headache to deal with. They somehow managed to lose my credit card and contact info that I gave them when I rented the storage unit. I finally called to ask where my bills were and they had added massive late fees and interest payments to the bills. It took forever to get them to remove them. And then they did it again! Im now trying for the 3nd time to get them to remove the bs fees and get the account on auto pay.
